This 4-week program will guide you through the principles of a yoga practice based on the Tibetan tradition of Kum Nye, a gentle healing system, which relieves stress, transforms negative patterns, and helps us to be balanced and healthy.

You will learn simple and effective healing exercises to promote balance and health, relieve stress and increase your enjoyment and appreciation of life. You will be working with sitting and breathing, self massage and some gentle movement during this series of classes.
