A workshop to slow down our minds and bodies using breath, yoga nidra and meditation.

In this workshop you will have the opportunity to learn and practice yogic breathing techniques to help quiet the body and mind, followed by a calming Yoga Nidra session which involves resting on your back while releasing physical and mental tensions.  Finally ending with a teaching and practice of meditation to close this experience of lovingkindness to yourself.
